Coming from a family of doctors, Gabbie Sarenas is often asked why she didn't attend medical school. "Ever since I was in grade school, I was into fashion. But I did take up a traditional course thinking it was my destiny."
But after being envious of her friends who were taking design courses, she realized she should study what she enjoyed the most -- fashion! As a fashion design and marketing student at School of Fashion & the Arts, Gabbie likes to use modern yet romantic details in her designs.
